I'm not lightning on this one...
I have found part of my problem.
The file that I'm reading, is structure the way that each record is on a new line.
To resolve my problem, (read and get to EOF), I have just remove all carriage return and put all the data on 1 single line.
Then, if I had my line, everything is perfect.

But my problem is, I have to write to this text file the way that it was:
Each record on a new line.

How to include the carriage return when reading/writing.
