John,

>>I guess you won't be using expert witnesses in your court prceedings, eh? :-)
>
>You only use expert witnesses that have credibility..... When you pull things out of thin air and state them matter of factly, you don't have credibility.

And you are reserving the right for yourself to determine who is or is not credible I take?

This is the nub of all these squabbles John and if I dare say it is also going to be exactly the issue that will determine your successes and failures in your upcoming legal career. You are just going to have to get past the notion that because you think something that this is the only way to think it. Until then you will be blind to your own vulnerabilities I'd think.

I fully believe in and think think that there are absolutes. However, there are miles of differences between spiritual, moral, logical and factual absolutes.

You seem to be confusing them.

In another thread you promoted your 200+/- total GB, 20+/- GB of new monthly GB and 800 +/- users as evidence to your expertise -and yet- you dismiss out-of-hand Craig's references to his own.

Are you able to admit that you have used two standards here?

If not, please excuse yourself from the discussion as you have eliminated yourself as someone who is credible. If you can, then please 1) admit it (this will be very hard for you I think John) and 2) amend your statements to reflect an equal balance in your thought process.

>And it is not just me who shares that sentiment. JK posted that very issue.
>
>So in this case, Craig's assertion, based on his "experience" carries no weight, no credibility... Of course, there have been other inaccuracies as well that I have noted in public as well...

Please continue to point out these innacuracies. You benefit the community as a whole when you do.

However, please refrain from trying to convince everyone that your thought processes, however acurate, automatically transumte themselves into moral qualities of any sort. Moral qualities produce good thinking, and, of course they reflect it as well. However, good logical thought processes in and of themselves simply do not create moral excellence.

Regards,

DD
