Yes! I do this for a series of patient test results; one table contains the test results, a second contains the name/fax # of the treatment center that should receive the results:

Scan the results file, get the appropriate fax # from the second file
DDEPoke the fax # to Winfax
Set the printer to "WINFAX"
Print the report

Since Winfax is just like any other printer driver in Windows, if you POKE the required information first, when you print the report to that printer, it just faxes it instead of printing it.
