ActiveX : Communications Control (MSCOMM32.OCX)

I have a problem with with the folowing ActiveX: Communications Control (MSCOMM32.OCX)

This is the first time i use ActiveX.

This control manage the communication between the computer and a scale. I open the com1 port,
i send a request to open the scale. I can send a request for getting the weight and i can have the weight of the package.
When i clause the form, The control close the scale and close the com1 port.

When i run the form i build using this ActiveX in design mode (with "!" button), it is perfect.
But when i build and run it in .exe mode (@?*¤£) it dosen't work properly!

Everything supose to be ok, But it is not!

Somebody can tell me why this don't work in EXE mode.
