SYS(1016) changes constantly. Even issuing it increases the value (under VFP 6.0 SP4), which would indicate that more objects were created even when they hadn't been. I'd say it would be an unreliable indicator. I've got a form which uses SetAll() to enable disable controls in a container. The Windows resource meter shows no reduction in available resources with this. I really don't think that this is something to be concerned with. I've checked the July MSDN Library's KB and I haven't seen a reference to a memory leak connected with SetAll().
