Thanks for the catch Mark. Easy to fix. It was on my list, I just forgot about this one. Wait for the tonight release :)

That's the nature of the Agent. It is ActiveX, so it is always on top. It will be still visible even if you switch to another application.

Yes, I can do this. I just thought that the right-click menu may be way too long then. Probably the option "Set This Agent As Default" will be better.
