Yes, there are upper limits, but it's probably very dependant on the number of colums/rows you try to paste at one time. I've been able to do about 3000 rows without too many problems. You can always break it up into multiple pieces to do more. The only big gotcha I've run into is if you have a NULL field in your data, it stops at the NULL. Just thought I'd warn you.
