I can't thank you enough. That was it. I have 2 big exe files and after I deleted both of them it worked fine.

>If there is an APP, DLL or EXE included in your project that is encrypted than VFP will compile your project encrypted. Look in the API libraries or Applications sections of your project for the most likely prospects.

PKZIP does no good on an encrypted build and sometimes I need to modem a new exe to a customer when things are going bad. Every time I turn it off it turns itself back on during the build. I tried refresh, pack, you name it I tried it. Anyone seen this?
