Hi Larry,
I've seen this when one of the classes in the library was scrambled. Can you open the CCSoft library in the project (and/or the class browser) and look at each class? Can you open it as a VCX? I'd guess that at least one class is too scrambled to compile properly but that class isn't being called during your tests. Check each class for corruption.

If all else fails do you have a backup which can replace this version?
