Hi all!

I need some help, please! I am currently trying to finish an inter-office e-mail program. Now the problem I am encountering is allowing for this program to run a timer form that is top-level. This form will check for new mail, and if new mail is flagged, the form will pop-up from the taskbar. I dunno where to place the code to call the form to be called. Would it be after the login form and before READ EVENTS?

Also, I am looking to add a splash. Could some one help me where to place these codes. Thanks!
