I've suggested this many times, and its listed as processed in teh Docs section:

"... create a new forum for any programming issue that is not language specifc (Maybe called "General Programming" (GP)?. Then, show these categories in other Programming forums as well. So the "Logical Data Design" might show up in VFP forum, SQL forum, and of course the "GP". The "UI" category (or more specific than that) might show in "GP", VFP and VB, ect. -MHelland "

Actually, I think there is a better way of doing this. Abandon forums, just have Categories. Then, let the user define his or her own forum with teh categories. Say I want all teh VFP topics, the XML category of the Internet forum, the ADO topic of the VB forum, and the General SQL Server category. Of course there would be presets and all, but this would be much cooler.
