A suggestion: provide for two comments, one for the "first time click", one for subsequent clicks.

Eg: the first time a certain control is clicked the Agent says "This is the Company Code. When you enter a Company Code, the address and Title is looked up automatically." After that, it just says "Company Code" or even nothing at all, just an Idle move by the Agent. That would be more useful as a guide for live use.

You might put a value in the Control's Tag property so you can tell it has been clicked, or perhaps use a form array.

Another suggestion: comments are going into a readable ini file. Perhaps a table would be better- less accessible to the sort of people who would overwrite the comments using text editor to make them inappropriate (makes your app look bad if users see it swearing or criticising the boss).

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
