Anyone know how to make this work on windows 2000?

I tried bot suggestions for win95 and nt:

i.e.

Win95: WINDOWS\Win.ini
WinNT: WINNT\SYSTEM\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\2\__pdf.ini

Add the following two settings:

PDFFilename=c:\temp\wwPdf.pdf
bDocInfo=0

But there is no __pdf.ini file and changing the win.ini file has no effect.
