Assuming you're using VFP6 and therefore talking about HTML Help, there are a lot of products to look at. Personally, I use HTML Help Builder from West Wind Technologies (Rick Strahl's company). It's a nice tool, easy to use and has the advantage for VFP developers of being able to generate class documentation directly from your class libraries, in addition to being a tool for creating HTML Help for your users. Two other tools that come to mind are RoboHelp and ForeHelp. FWIW, I used a demo version of ForeHelp some years ago, a Windows Help version rather than HTML Help, and liked it. I'm sure there are other tools as well. I have not heard of AuthorIt.
