I have a report that uses a 'custom printer definition' for an impact printer. I suspect that the font used in my design view is not installed on the computer where the report is printed. How do I:

1) Find out the name of the file which is used on the development machine.

2) Where should it be placed on the user's machine.

3) Is it also required on the network machine where the printer is installed.
