I'm using chm help files, and I'm using an Activex called Helpxtender by Wex-tech to show my help files, this is a Internet explorer based component so, when I create a oject using this ACtivex, Internet Explorer fires a Dial-up Networking window or any other Explorer based app like I.Share.
I'm looking for a way to bypass these applications when it's create a helpextender object. Maybe I need to use some API code but I don't know what
