Yes, at least in VFP. I just wish I could spell CREATEOBJECT(). I don't believe that you can do it in VB, but I'm not 100% sure of this, since I don't it that well. Anyway, I think VFP and VB are only capable of creating COM DLLs.
You can, however, create an ActiveX control in it, which you can't do in VFP.
