The acute and persistant need to feel superior... to have ones ego needs nurished and filled... much like the addicts need for a fix. The idea that an organization can not get along with out him only to find out that... yes Dorothy the world does go on quite well without them. Leading to a return at first to help with answers.... this last return was initially in helping with a question about ADO... and then once again we find the attempts to validate the ego with accounts of superiority. The grander the exit... the louder the fight... the greater the ego fix.

As hard as it is to do (and he makes it very hard!) we need to try and look past the sickness and see an extreamly talented individual (if you want to do a real interesting study... start looking at the lives of this type of individual... multi talented genius types...) and a person of worth with a lot to offer..... that needs some help.
