OK, i have made a little mistake(assumption) here.

BTW, this menu list some projects and it don't let you know if
a project is open or not. You could have no project open and
the list is there.

You must combine this list of project (with path) and the
'window' list to get a list of openned projects(even when the
project window is docked) + path.

This could be not enough, but it's better than nothing!
