I would like to participate in such a group. So count me in!

I don't think you would incurr into any conflicts if you lead the group. What do training companies do then? Most, if not all of their instructors are certified.

I won't have time to lead it, and since I have taken the exams it might be a conflict for me actively give sessions _but_ I would like to help someone get the sessions off the ground, assist in the weekly organization, provide advice and whatever else I can do.
