I did not said about intellecutually superiority of VFP developers ever. I meant that VFP MAY CAUSE it.
Make experiment. take 10 VB beginners and 10 VFP beginners. After 2 hard years of learning and experiense, you will have only 2-3 VFP programmers and 17-18 VB programmers. But these 2 VFP programmers will worth 17 of 18 VB programmers. Why? Because nature of VFP. When you cannot work with it - you do not worth it. When you can work with it on good level, you worth more than VB programmer. Only some of VB programmers worth the same as VFP.
So in the market now we have 18 VB programmers per 3 VFP. And only 1 of 18 VB programmers can work on the same intellectual level as all 3 VFP programmers.
THAT IS THE MAIN REASON WHY VB/ACCESS PROGRAMMERS HATE VFP PROGRAMMERS. Because they are majority, but still cannot do things that VFP programmers do.
Above is only my very internal suggestions, I don't know that these numbers are exact.
