Any ideas on how to keep the full screen window from showing up when Fox is first loaded?

We have several apps that we must size to 640x480 and to keep things pretty, we generally try to do all of our sizing behind the scenes and then move wind center.

It's kinda annoying to see that initial window pop up and take up the whole screen, then resize and move to the center.

I've been told there is no way around this, but find that hard to believe.
