Thanks guys for the responses. Eric said I can use MS Access to manage or create the database (correct me if i'm wrong).

If i'm using the Access Management Solution:
1. Does this mean that i would have to create the database in Access and then use the upsize wizard to upsize it to SQL server (Am i to assume it means MSDE for this case).
2. I don't see anything in Access about MSDE.
3. Where in access do i create an MSDE type database

If I'm using the Enterprise Manager Solution:
1. How can i get the Enterprise Manager for MSDE
