I've used DTS to bring data into MSSQL 7.0. I guess it will work in the other direction. I suppose I'll have to define all the tables, procedures triggers first in Oracle and then use DTS.

I generated a script file for one of the MSSQL tables and with some editing it ran in Oracle and created the table. I think there will be a fair bit of work to bring in all the database objects.
