Before I reinvent the wheel I thought I’ll ask a friend(s).

I need to synchronize the data of to tables with the same names, belonging to the same DBC.

Every time a record is changed a field (lastupd) must be updated automatically. The easies way I think of doing it is to change it when you save a record. The problem with that is that one have about 30 input forms, it can be a lot of work with a lot of debugging.

The other alternative is to use the dbc’s stored procedures.

Has anybody done something like this before in a class. If I do it in the stored procedures, it will be replaced every time I rerun RI update.
