I can understand how you feel if procedure files make you think of SBT. Yes, we did actually sell that junk to some of our customers years ago becuse they had the payroll updates. We all learn as we get older. I understand they were just purchased by Compter Associates. I guess CA figured they could triple the service contracts on the existing users and get double their money back until they all give up.

The main reason we use procedure files is because we have so many great things in them that we have developed over the past 15 years.
