Update a record using the phone
Looking for a LOW cost telephony process that would allow users who are out of the office to call the office, punch in primary key value from a report they would have, search the table for the PK value and, if found, status some fields on the record.
What would be required?
1) special modem ?
2) telephony software ?
3) dedicated phone line to office ?
4) pc dedicated to answer calls ?
Anyone doing something similar? recommendations welcome....
