I have to object to this. While I think that John needs to learn to be more aware of how he relats to others I would also like to remind you and others that personal remarks like yours go over the line.

We all get upset, make mistakes and do dumb things. John makes some of these a a habit (gr&rvvffJVP) but his poor behavior is not an excuse for poor behavior of the rest of us.
