No. I did look at other tools, like NS Basic, Visual CE and the like, but they either:
- Do not offer the functionality I need
- Cost more than eMbbedded Visual Tools (free)
- Need to learn a propriety language
- Bring fear that they may not be in business next week
At least with eVC, I can take my new knowledge into another project on the desktop or not. With these tools, you are limited to the CE platform.
