One of the problems I've encountered is a label left of a cboYesNo control. I need to essentially right-justify the label, but the contents of the label changes based upon certain site options. What I'd like to be able to do, it set the longest label at design. In the INIT() of the label, I check the system options and find out IF the user has a specific beverage type and whether the user changed the default value of the text. Next I set the caption of the label as needed. Now comes the problem. At the top of the INIT() I saved off the left and width values. I can computer where the caption should end. But since the references are in pixels, how can I determine the new width of the caption and recalculate the new left value. I tried setting the alignment property of the label, but VFP moves it all around. It's OK if I could just figure out a new left value.

Any suggestions?
Mike
