I have trained many managers worldwide, and have customized it to works for manufacturing companies whose customers ar MCI, Bell Canada, ASTEC, GE, AT&T etc.Everyone is happy with it. The great thing about this is that is is very flexible, customizable, etc.

Hi John:

Thanx for your offer. I wish I had seen it a couple of months ago, and I apologize for not replying sooner, as I have been too swamped to log on to UT much for the last month or more.

At this point we have narrowed down the selections to two vendors. They are TIW add-in to SBT (plus some other add-ins), and a fully integrated package called Made2Manage. Had the full vendor dog-n-pony shows last week, and will select from them shortly after final cost proposals have been received and reviewed. Both packages offer a wide range of features and good level of maturity and stability. Both combinations are pretty pricey, but will do all we need and plan to need. Got some good suggestions from people here on UT about these and other candidates, too.

Thanx for your interest. Maybe next time.

Rob
