This has been a long-standing problem that I really would like to solve. I discovered it last year when I flew out to a client's site in Florida with some demo source code on a CD. Fortunately, I also had the compliled version so I didn't totally have egg on my face.

What operating system are you using? I have NT and Windows 2000 Pro.
