Hi Jeff,
I've also seen this problem using the outline control into a pageframe when I was working with Vfp 3.0b.
I remember that I've solved it by creating a container class with the outline included into it. Then, instead of adding directly an outline control to the page, I added this container. The container being an intermediate between the page and the outline seemed to eliminate this problem...
