What I mean by SP4 bits is the core SP4 VFP files.

>I installed from my Visual Studio 6.0 CDs. I tried uninstalling VS, using REGCLEAN, and then reinstalling, and tried to install Service Pack 3 (three) and it does the same thing. I'm not sure what you mean by "SP4 bits". This laptop had SP3 on it before, so my attempt to fix the problem seems to have backfired and now I'm without any SP.
