I don't change anything for different resolutions. I make the screens the size they need to be to dispay the data. My philosophy is that the user may increase their resolution so they can have more things going on on screen and visible. If I change the size of my forms then I frsutrate the user from being able to take full advantage of their hardware's abilities because my application acts like some kind of hog and steals every pixel on them.

At the requiremetn's analysis phase of the project a minimum screen resolution is set and all fomrs are designed for that resolution. Then a user can set their machine to a higher res and show more things on screen simultaneously.
