>I am trying to search the FoxPro section and the search engine keeps wanting to download XWORKS.EXE. It downloads ok, but the search never takes place. If I click on XWORKS.EXE I get the following error:

It's a problem at your end, not UT. Try running the File Signature Verification Utility from the System Information applet under Program Files/Accessories to ensure the Win2K run environment is OK.
