You need to install VFP twice - once under each OS, since the registry entries used to resolve the references are not shared. I strongly suggest not using dual-boot, but that's a personal decision; there are companies that make trays that can be used to swap drives into a mounting kit to make it easy to have separate Win2K and Win98 boot drives; with the cost of storage these days, it's a lot less error-prone than dual-boot.
