sounds like it might be a good price then; I had a cheap web hosting once; and it was down about 30% of the time; 50% of the time I tried to edit something; I couldn't connect via ftp.. I finally gave up and paid someone more for it to be reliable...

There was eWebCity (now brinkster) that's free.. I haven't checked them out but another UT member mentioned it.. 30 megs of space; ADO to Access database, ASP on a W2K box... another option.
