what a lot of people were incensed with, I feel, was the impression of hearing "You are a moron - you don't know the answer. I do, but I'm not going to tell you (or anyone else)". Hardly a constructive attitude. I agree however, that some of the hysterical comments that followed the original post were way OTT. Just thought I'd share that before I leave for a sunny Parisian bar...
