No, it isn't our job. There is not an obligation to help everyone. People who do, do so by choice. Do you support software piracy? If it is our job to help people, shouldn't we be moral about it? Would you send someone code or a binary that destroys their work?
Supporting those people is supporting software piracy, and just gives off an overall bad impression.
