Daniel,
>It was wrong for me to ASSume I knew your opinion; I read most of your posts and I was convinced this would be your answer...
Why do I get this feeling of deja vu?:-) Anyway, I was just having some fun.
>I personnally use the FileSystemObject to create folders because I like the idea of having a single object that I can use with almost any programming language for all file and folder manipulations.
And it's not necessarily a bad idea, so don't get me wrong. If you've read the first WSH article in the VFUG newsletter, however, you'll understand that I'm of the opinion that the WSH is best used within VFP to extend its (VFP's) capabiliites, not replace. There're a couple of things that Ed and I won't talk about in the series: the Registry routines, the Dictionary object are two of these.
