After searching the WWW the only thing i've seen until now is a e-mail adress.
But that is only for HTML Help.
there they have a e-mail adress hhmvp@microsoft.com.
but i haven't seen one for vfp or even a general one now.
There are also some sites where you can nominate people, but they aren't microsoft sites.
