They need to have the runtime yes, but only for the COM DLLs, which is a little less than usual. Like on the MS site for needed VFP and COM supporting files.

Usually? Couldn't tell you, I know we co-locate our server. Or you should be able to find a specailized ISP to do IIS stuff and maybe FoxPro for you.
