Possibly - remember though, Me is sold "for home users only," if you check the information & reviews of it - there is no target of professional business apps from it as there has been with earlier Win9x OSs.
An important note on the future from Me, of course - the next version will combine (sans-DOS) Win2K and Me into one full-MS Windows OS. From this one can expect that DOS apps are being intentionally phased out (I know, we still have some DOS apps here, some of which will not even run under NT4, let alone newer OSs). We will have to adjust one way or another.
