How to bind XML data with a hyperlink

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your help! I'm not sure how to do this. What I have is elements defined in my data such as:
<AccountNum><A HREF="123">123</A></AccountNum>
..and the column is defined like:
<td><span datafld="AccountNum"></span></td>
When I view this in the browser, the column does not show up. Am I on the right track?
