Take a break, get some fresh air, look at the birds, trees, and flowers, and spend some time thinking about all the good things going on around you.

Better yet, take a weekend trip or vacation and relax. Better yet, come to DEVCON next week -- the point I'm trying to make is: Don't overstress about the changes that you are facing. Look at it as an opportunity to add to your skillset to please your current employer/contract, and rest assured that there's still plenty of Fox maintenance to do that you can fall back on if needed.

The sky hasn't fallen just yet.
