There is a version of FoxPro 2.5 (& 2.6 I think) for UNIX, but you might have some trouble getting your hands on it. I'm not sure if you'd be able to access the data from Windows clients, as you'd then need an ODBC driver.

I'd suggest that if you want Windows clients to access FoxPro data, I'd just stick to the FoxPro for Dos, FoxPro for Windows or Visual FoxPro versions for Windows.
