Which files must be installed / registered on a user's workstation when using the Internet Transfer Control MSINET.OCX?

I looked at the MSINET.DEP and it looks like COMCAT.DLL must be registered. Any others? Must COMCAT be registered before MSINET?

Using Installshield 2.12.
