Foxpro UNIX 2.6 is the only version, and it was designed specifically for SCO UNIX, although I've seen postings in one of the MS newsgroups about someone making it work on LINUX. It works the same as Foxpro DOS 2.6, with a few syntax differences related to printing and configuration.
The tables are just plain old 2.6 free tables, so you can read/write them from other versions of FP/VFP as long as the client computer can "see" the UNIX drive where the files reside. That would require a network setup that uses NFS on the client side or some kind of SMB solution on the UNIX side that makes the file system look like just another Windows share.
There are no incompatibilities between the UNIX tables and DOS/WINDOWS, other than they are 2.6 free tables.
