This particular crash was on a laptop lan (3), plugged into a UPS. The battery for the machines were fully charged; as was the UPS. Same rule for me on the hub - and the rule was followed.

No, I think was a data corruption somewhere deep in the way the data was written. I have been trying to reproduce the error - to no success yet. Time will tell.
